Arm balances are some of the most fun, exciting, and challenging poses of the yoga practice. They can also be intimidating and discouraging without the proper technique and guidance. This workshop will provide you with a step by step approach to build your confidence, and help you focus on the key points that will unlock a wide range of arm balances. Each technique provided will be shared with the utmost attention to detail, providing you with the highest level of clarity.

The backbending practice can be some of the trickiest poses in Yoga, and can seem like either something you just can or cannot do. While some people naturally have more flexibility in an arched position others have to take a more studied approach. In this workshop we will go over techniques that will bring joy and ease to your back bending practice. Those that are less flexible will focus on techniques to unlock tension. Those that have an established back bending practice will be able to take themselves to a whole new level using precision in their approach!

A focus on one of the most important aspects of our physical practice and the most challenging to master. Explore depth of your body by connecting to the natural curves of your spine and the muscles that support it. Lengthen and tone all the muscles surrounding your diaphragm to restore natural freedom of breath for maximum energy. Through this deep exploration you will work to unlock your ability to get into deep side bends, back bends, and twists without pain, strain or discomfort.(All levels)

The “Feel Good” class you were waiting for! Unlock unwanted physical, mental and emotional tension with the 3 most effective yoga practices amplified by the power of the community. Together we will move our bodies, practice pranayama (breath work), and step into a group guided meditation. If you have never meditated, or done pranayama, do not worry, this will be a guided heartfelt experience.
